Are you planning to travel to the beautiful Vipava Valley for a wedding or dinner at Zemono Manor House (Dvorec Zemono)? Plenty of beautiful moments await you, which you will remember with a smile on your face. But since such special events are quite exhausting, you will also need a place to stay.
You can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable rest in the Borea Rooms. The modern apartment in the Vipava Valley covers the entire floor with two rooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom and a small kitchenette with a microwave oven, water heater, refrigerator and toaster. Everything is taken care of for your comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free bicycle rental, coffee and tea.
Favorable price list
Up to four people can stay overnight in our apartment (more info about the apartment) in the village of Budanje, but the price depends on the number of guests. Our currently valid price list for reservations:

3 persons: €70 / night
2 people: €60 / night
1 person: €50 / night
If necessary, we can arrange for an extra bed.
Ideal location
When it comes to accommodation, location is key. Our apartment is located in Budanje, only 2 km away (3-4 minutes drive) from the Zemono Manor House. If you are looking for recreation, you can go cycling with free to rent mountain bikes or take a walk in our beautiful countryside.
Zemono Manor House – an excellent choice for weddings and gourmets
Zemono Manor House is famous for two things. On the one hand, it is an excellent venue for weddings, as it offers a romantic atmosphere with a view of the beautiful landscape of the Vipava Valley. On the other hand, it is famous for its high-quality cuisine, as the famous restaurant Pri Lojzetu is located in the manor under the leadership of chef Tomaž Kavčič, which was awarded a Michelin star. The restaurant is also one of the reasons why many people decide to get married at this location, as they also take care of the catering.
